Prior to accepting your pet for services, we require a copy of your pet's vaccination record, performed by a licensed veterinarian, showing proof of vaccination. Keep in mind, like humans, pet vaccines require boosters at set intervals. If your pet’s vaccine record was updated since your last visit, please provide a copy of the record so we can update our system.
We ask that all vaccination appointments are scheduled at least seven days prior to needing services. This allows the vaccination to build immunity within your pet's system and better protect their health.
Due to the risk of contracting diseases while in a facility with other pets, we require the below vaccinations to help decrease the potential spread of disease and ensure a healthy environment for both humans and pets:

Yes! Our staff is trained by licensed veterinary professionals on the proper administration of medication. We ask that you bring any prescribed medication in the original medication packaging with prescription label intact. Due to the additional time and resources necessary for medication administration, an additional daily fee does apply.
Yes! All dogs and cats are required to be spayed or neutered to participate in boarding services. Male pets that are not neutered are known to display undesirable traits such as "marking" and increased aggression. For the safety of staff and other pets, neutering is required for those reasons. Female pets that are not spayed will generally go into heat twice per year. During that time, female pets will require extra staff time to cleanup and control.
Yes! We highly recommend making a boarding reservation as soon as you know you need boarding services. Be advised, boarding services during the holidays and during summer months are highly desirable. Our business management software allows boarding reservations 12 months in advance.
The price listed next to each boarding suite is per dog in a suite. If you have additional dogs to board, each additional dog is 30% off the listed price as long as they are boarded together in the same suite.
Most likely! If your dogs normally live together at home, don't fight, and are spayed or neutered, we should be able to do that. Suite sizing varies so ensure you reserve a suite large enough for your pet(s). Be advised, each suite has a maximum pet limit to ensure your pet is comfortable during their stay. If more than one dog is staying together in the same suite, there is a 30% discount for each additional dog in the same suite.
If one pet is on a special diet, they will not be allowed to stay together to ensure that pet is consuming the diet required for its health.
Since all dogs are not suitable for group play, we decided not to include daycare in the cost of boarding. This allows us to keep the basic boarding cost low for all pet parents while still allowing the pet parents of suitable dogs to purchase a daycare upgrade for their boarding stay. Please note, all dogs need temperament testing prior to being allowed into daycare. Daycare is not currently offered on the weekends.
No, we do not have any breed restrictions. Every pet will be evaluated on a individual basis.
Yes! We do not keep pet food in stock. Additionally, temporarily altering your dog's diet can cause gastrointestinal upset with symptoms ranging from diarrhea to vomiting. To reduce the chances of this, we require all pets to come with their own food.
The price listed is per cat.
Most likely! If your cats normally live together at home, don't fight, and are spayed or neutered, we can certainly do that. If more than one cat is lodged together in the same unit, there is a 30% discount for each additional cat in that unit.

Most consider pocket pets as a small, pocket-sized pet such as a hamster, gerbil, mouse, rat, chinchilla, guinea pig, rabbit, ferret and other small pets that can’t be left along while on vacation.
Since we require the owner to supply their own cage, the listed price is per cage. That said, we highly suggest pocket pets be caged separately if that is how they usually live. Combining caged pets to save money could lead to a negative outcome from potential cage aggression.
Yes! Since pocket pets vary in their dietary needs, we require that you bring food specific to your pocket pet.
Daycare passes are good for 365 days (1 year) from the date of purchase.
Yes! Unlike almost every other facility that offers dog daycare packages, we allow you to use your passes however YOU want. Keep in mind that any dog using the passes must be an active dog registered under your account and must have a valid temperament test on file. Additionally, veterinary records must also show that the pet is registered under the same owner.
Yes! Keep in mind there will be a fee for upgrading from half day to full day. If you decide you would like to upgrade, please let us know as soon as possible. Due to daycare capacity restrictions, the upgrade is subject to availability.
Yes and No! Since daycare involves the unrestricted play between dogs of both sexes, we require every dog over 7 months and 1 day old to be spayed or neutered.
Yes! Once your dog has reached 12 weeks old and has completed their puppy vaccination series, they can participate in daycare! This is a crucial time for them to interact with other dogs of varying breeds and sizes. Keep in mind, once your puppy reaches 7 months and 1 day old, they will no longer be allowed to participate in daycare unless they are spayed or neutered.
The daycare space is situated with several elevated dog beds for relaxing or napping. We also have a few other relaxing spots for dogs to lay down if they need it. We don't force a down time and we let each dog decide for themself when and where they want to relax. If a pet requires a lunch time feeding or special medication, they will be removed from daycare to administer the medication or enjoy a feeding prior to returning to group play.
No, we do not have any breed restrictions. Every pet will be evaluated on a individual basis.
Yes and No! We do not require a reservation for daycare, however, we do have a limited capacity for each day. That said, an advanced reservation will ensure you can secure a spot for your dog when you need it. Please note, once we have reached capacity we will be unable to take any additional dogs.
Yes. If you reserve a daycare spot and don't cancel or fail to show up, you will be charged the appropriate daycare fee corresponding to your reservation. When a pet parent reserves a daycare spot, we have to turn others away. To ensure we can afford everyone ample opportunity to participate in daycare, we strictly enforce the no-show policy.
All dogs are different and many dogs have very specific grooming requirements. Because of that, grooming prices are listed by breed. To price your pets grooming service, you can either call for a quote or add the service in the owner portal to receive an estimate.
Yes! Grooming has limited daily slots so ensure you book your grooming appointment early! All grooming appointments are subject to availability.
No! Dogs receiving grooming services at Fort Frisbee are not required to be spayed or neutered if they are only using the grooming service. Because of that, dogs that are not spayed or neutered will not be able to participate in any other services at Fort Frisbee.
Yes! All pets are required to be up-to-date on the Rabies vaccine for grooming appointments only. If your pet is at The Fort for other services (ie: boarding or daycare), other vaccination requirements apply. Proof of vaccination is required in order to be serviced.
